well there is a reason attack ships and interceptor can carry torpedoes and this is exactly why you shouldn’t be able to just run at a Frig and expect to come out on top just because his movement speed is slower than you it’s a ship 10X the size of the interceptor. logic would dictate it’s ability to put out way more energy than a smaller ship hence a much much larger energy shielding capacity and thicker armor plating. But the point is, you sneak toward them, launch a torpedo while the player is just sitting there and watch the fire works. Please keep in mind you do not have to lock on to fire a torpedo if you did that would ruin the surprise.
Yah, torpedo is a oversized rocket. But your primary damage is vs shield.
dosen’t mean you can’t carry rail guns or peircing types with you as well
