This game is advertised as Free 2 Play. Mean you have nothing to pay. Neither for content nor to even be able to play. Else it would be an Abo/Pay to get the game license game type.
So you can’t blame the PLAYERS wanting to get (all!) things for free - it’s so advertised!
The player don’t have to care how the devs get paid/server get maintained.
Another thing is how long you have to ‘grind’ for things in such a model to be able to aquire them. While things shouldn’t be something like 1 day for such content, 1+ year would be so… or not?

‘Easier’ is not a term I would use. I don’t get my Sirius for free/in time, so I’m asking to be ABLE to get it. That’s not a contradiction as they could balance this out to give out way less resources after that. Like you get in total 800 - 750 in the Sirius time, 25 in jericho and 25 in empire. THAT would be balance towards the user’s desire. Else they need to make all 3 available for a short period of time AFTER all 3 were phased. So all would be happy. The jericho lover, the empire lover and the fed lover.
So I’m asking to be able to manufacture Sirius IN time it’s available. Not more. Not all 3, just to be able to get the one I want. To greedy? I don’t think so.
To the PvE/PvP debate:
Making it only available in only one mode is a bad move. It discourage certain playertypes or forces them to do things they don’t like(FS hate player, PvP hater etc.). So giving both oppositions the option would be a balanced way.
So basically you devs mean: RUSH AND BUY BUNDLES AND GIVE US SOME MONEY!!! PAY TO WIN!!! If you pay you will have the destro before everyone! I mean: You’ll have it and anyone else for a long, long time!
Guys this way you will destroy PvP on T5 cause some paying players will have it and others not… They will surely do either quit the game, or play on lower tiers.
There are multiple Siriuses on the battlefield already. They don’t make much difference in comparison to other destroyers TBH. Pay to win - it means it gives a serious advantage over other players, but in this case they are being countered by the same means as R11 destroyers, and I don’t see mass exodus from the game, or from T5.
They seem to pop fast, yes. Maybe because they get too much attention atm.
Just a few players will have Sirius, true. Jericho one? A lot of them, mostly the daily grinders. And even those who don’t do missions every day can get the empire.

I started a “public request” on that subject, but i doubt that it will get enough support to change their mind.

So, YES, you have to pay to get the Sirius. Is that a problem? No. You can still play without it. And it isn’t stronger then other r11 (Antares is stronger), just different.

Imho, nor does it give any developers free reign to bad monetization practices that could alienate and put off many players. If the Sirius is indeed locked behind a pay wall then the devs should’ve clearly communicated that, as opposed to potentially giving players a sense of false hope with the events and promise of rewards, and the possibility (or not) of the ship eventually returning. Its things like these that makes me regret spending hard earned cash on those DLC packs.
Anyways, from my rough calculations, getting the Sirius without spending real money, or at least with sub 2500 GS by the final day it’s available, is possible for experienced players who already have enough of the other materials. But they will have to trophy grind electrum to the maximum per day possible (19-21 a day) in addition to completing all daily tasks. The time investment needed will most likely mean few will be able to get it through this method.

You can have everything for free in this game apart premium ships (which apart some example are only a way to progress faster).
Destros, are not premium. Sure you need a bunch of time to get one of them (and I agree that the grind for them, without special missions is too high), but they are still a free content.
You don’t have to care how they maintain/pay for their servers. But, IF SO, at the same time: don’t pretend from them that they should care about non-paying players that much to grant everyone, everything from day one.
Free doesn’t mean you can have everything from the start, and also: even games that have no game-play elements you can buy for money, still have cosmetic mods that have a price. According to your “classification” of f2p also those are not really free.

Just wait and you will be able to choose from all 3 options and craft at least one without need to pay. That will be for ever once destroyers are avaiable to be constructed again.

Thats why you pay i guess, what advantage get players who pay otherwise? (besides from crafting all 3, they can get things ASAP) Ofc i wouldve prefered having the option to see all 3 destroyers and choose one of them, but i cant if i dont pay…devs desition for some reason i dont know. Anyways, if you wait you will get what you want. If you cant wait, pay.
At the going rate of Electrum rewards i can actually build the Sirius this weekend without paying, however that’s only because i have done almost every single day of the event and loot search rewards, i can see where the frustration to pay to catch up goes at. However the Devs are correct in saying you can build the Sirius before it goes away without paying, just it would have taken all the effort during the past month of the event and the remainder…not interested in the Sirius doh i no like flying a big flea…

Really?Tommorow I can craft my 2nd structure(for the R14) and along the next week the 3rd one,my biggest concern now is berrylium,you people need to do more than just the dailies if u want to get it faster.

Pay to win is a completely subjective term, which is why people end up arguing over what is, and is not pay to win so much. What one person may regard as a significant advantage, another may not, so the only person that can tell someone if something is pay to win, is the person in question based on their own personal views. If your views differ, you may just not agree with them, neither is outright right, or wrong in their beliefs though, as it again it is a completely subjective term. The more impact paying will have on actual game play though, the more people will toss out the pay to win complaint, as it would have crossed their own personal line of what pay to win means to them.

I’ve done every mission and sent 2 destroyers on Gage missions everyday, plus i been doing the loot search electrum as well for the past few days. Should have enough come this weekend for Jericho Tuesday  Not gonna make the Sirius cuz it’s terrible and ugly so yeah…

I did mission, Gage mission too(that great when you get 3 dessy :P), I didn’t try loot cause I thought it does not worth it should I give it a try?

I’m getting 20+ a day, so YES DO IT, lol. Enriched Electrum is also dropping as well, just know electrum from loot search has a cap everyday, enjoy it while it lasts 
So i had time today to test out how much i can grind, with gage, dailies and loot after battle, I was able to craft 3 enriched electrum, if i was to go even further in grind, maybe i would’ve got like 4 enriched. Sadly i have no DLC advantages or premium of any kind, just the bone dry classic license. People that have those bonuses, well, i doubt they grind much but if you want to, you can play it out on loot chances after battle with designated ship ranks. You can get at least one for sure.
