The client is unable to connect

Hello again,

 

It isn’t fixed :frowning:

Yesterday and today a PVE match with some mates and after a few games the client was unable to connect again.

 

It was the last game in the log files. 

 

Ubuntu 14.10

In your log, you had connection problem to one server (91.230.61.14) only. Maybe now this server is ready?

The error appaers again. In 1.0.12 it was better. But now in 1.0.13 the connection lost is more often.

Now it is 91.230.61.97 and  91.230.61.170.

It is curious cause if I play in a group they can connect but I can’t. Also I can’t reconnect. If once the connection is lost, it is always lost.

Disable this server pls ^^

try to disable firewall and antivirus for test

If it wont help, try to play Europe/US region

if that wont help, try to play tomorrow - our datacenter’s uplink gonna make some magic on his equipment tonight - that should fix lot of troubles.

Under linux, use traceroute with “-I” key to use icmp instead of udp tests

(note - there is a  ‘/’ symbol before command)

Use this command only if you experience the problem. Because it start to generate an enormous number of data into game.log
