I’d see the horizon “nerf” as universally lowering the weapon range of all ships to discourage camping, I think they mistranslated the trap mine bit, what they likely meant was that you can drop more than one at a time.

I am guessing they meant that multiple could be deployed. Not actually multiple slotted, right?
As long as Energy Converter remains a beam, you won’t be able to balance it. Just turn it into projectile already.
Also you increase cd of Sting that require to hug the target, while Archangel remain I-win-button.
Cancer ECM modules like Song of peace or Repair Sabotage untouched.
Other than that, good changes.
