So to preface this issue, the game was working fine before patch 1.5.2 came out but know i cant see all ships on tech tree, all i can see is the ships i own. I cant look at modules for my ships, cant use the trade window cause its also broken, and i cant use the workshop. I also cant buy bundles.
It happens everytime i log in and it wont correct itself at any point of me playing.
Seems like they are testing out a new limiter for ship progression. Report it as a bug and pray the devs remove it and never bring it back.

no i do not own a rank 15 and my clearance level is 6
Thats not the case. If he see Spiral that is R10, Endeavour and all R10 ship should be visible.
Perform a file integrity check if Steam, not sure how to do it in Gajin launcher.

i did that and that did not work ill try it again, ive also reinstalled it twice

So after a hotfix is what i assume it was i now cant even launch the game. It says cant initialize renderer, Direct3D not available.
nevermind i can play now
is there an unofficial way to fix this cause this is very annoying
