There is an Issue with the Task Interface since the last Patch.
The Interface is always blinking that a Mission is done. The Ship Resource Task is always blinking that a Mission is done, but that is not true.
the solution to this problem is to remove the tasks by clicking the “x” then you can except them again and it will never blink again

this really wasnt the probnlem.
Even my corporate members said they have the same issue. But it is fixed now.
