some location assignment (the blue mark ones) did not show in contract tab

when I check the map , I see 8 blue mark missions,
but when I move my mouse and click on the blue mark, it does not show the mission detail and requirement

no, there were 2 bugged task but I did not went to the places
I started from jericho station, went to 2 places in jericho and federation zone, finished 2 assignments then dock at federation station
same bug happened again
this time there are 7 missions on the map but only 6 missions show up the detail normally ,the 7th one did not show up
there is no any detail or requirement for the 7th one in the contract tab
this time, I just use 10 iridiums to warp-jump to the location
the mission object (blue mark) show up normally
I can complete and receive reward normally
when I got back to station, the blue mark on the location of the map was disappeared

I just login to the game, I have not done any mission yet!
I saw 12 location assignments on the map
but 4 out of 12 did not show up the mission detail and requirement from contract tab
(I tried to put the map together for better understanding)
