Tai'kin Jump crystals doesnt work

I had found this very confusing when I used Tai’kin in all waves of Crimson Haze PVE rank 7-9 (T3) and only in last wave special module “Jump Crystals” didnt work … it wasnt reloading itselft … from start it showed 0/4 charges … i wasnt able to use it and when i tryed it said “Empty cartridge” or something like that. is it bug ? or something intended that i wasnt awared of? thanks for help[combat.log](< base_url >/applications/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=14960)
