Asking this as it is never explained…
The Tactical Software booster’s description is “Synergy for all allies boosted by 100%”. Who are these “allies”?
Is it only squad members who join you in battle? Or is it everybody on your team in the battle (e.g. random people you get teamed up with in, say, coop-vs-ai)?
Kinda hoping it’s the latter.
