T5 boring due to A1MA ?

Well, that is not a solution. In fact it is a terrible idea. And btw, reverse thruster is also available in T3, so you should play T2 to avoid invasion broken modules.

Except in T3 it isn’t combined with the E14 module. So it actually isn’t that OP. Sure, it would be a bit better if given a warmup time like the micro-warp, but it isn’t completely destroying that tier.

As far as T4 is concerned, I have yet to try the A1M, so I can’t accurately say if it’s OP or not. All I was suggesting was if it becomes unbearable, simply make a suggestion thread and then play some T3 for awhile.

Agreed to SoldiersFortune, T3 adapted quite well to the thruster.

I never intended to craft that A1MA module, but slowly I suspect, I am missing out on something.

use recon or ecm to fight reverse thruster, or use guard, “federation guard”

its easier to 1v1 a reverse thruster player than a A1MA player, it all depends on when he uses the A1MA and ofcourse he will wait until you have used combat reboot or stealth.

1v1 gunship and ion emitters on both. or singularity vs ion emitter. do a tiny miss with combat reboot and you lost. = tier 4 wins vs tier 5.

but if you add a long range with Reverse and A1MA, then when the recon is coming for you after you used reverse you can simply aimbot him down with lasers.

ps, you can also use tachyon charge on sniper and use A1MA. to shot interceptors down if you like. "the closer the enemy is, the easier you hit, have a fighter 3000 range or less, he cant avoid tachyon charge mk4 on sniper when using A1MA, and now i speak when hes shoting you. if he has 600 speed, then small chance but doubt it. you wont even notice it before its 2 late.

We see a big surge of T4 CovOps and LRFs in Sec Con games, but i have yet to see a single one of them doing anything productive to it’s team. It is just a matter of flying the map to its advantages.

So one hand you have a T4 ship with aimbot, missing on T5 implants, and having lower stats and dmg due to passive modules differences AND he is replacing one of the essential modules for an AimBot, and people bring these over T5 ships, reducing own wide range of different efficiencies for the sake of possibility to don’t miss for 3 seconds. The more people bring those against us, the better for us. (I am not saying it should stay, the module in itself is xxxx, but it is a handicap in Sec Con for most part).

And LRFs with thrusters are just lovely, a lot of pilots fall into a delusional feeling of safety and come much closer to the frontline, and then bam, free frag.

As always, you are mistaken. Bad players will be bad, but just keep underestimating good players with decent builds in Altas or Argonaut and the A1MA. you will be the free frag.

Clearly we do not fight anyone else except for stupid randoms.

Since I don’t see you around when I fight Nova, syndicate or even your own corp, I assume that.

take a orelus vs lightbringer and see DPS difference

difference from t4 and t5 is small. not even 2500 survival difference, thats same as shoting for 1 extra second you know???

you know? normal weapons deals 2000-2500 dps on guards and engi’s and so on, recons aswell. and recons have more critical chance. we talk about 1 second aiming difference man.

even a long range tier 3 has stronger weapons than a tier 5 engi/guard/recon.

How do you manage to play 24/7? Would it not interfere with your real life at some point, well unless you don’t have one, then i might understand.
