Hello guys and girls!
I lvled up to rank 10 with vanguard/federation and unlocked t4, a window popped up and said I had unlocked some ships and some engineboosters, faster strafe speed etc that cost in game currency. But the server went down before I realized what the boosters are for, are they modules that you can fit on your t4 ships or what is it?
you could just go into the shop and look through the modules. sounds like active modules/passive modules/modifiers to me, so look at them

Yeah this is pretty much it 
You can see all modules of all tiers at any pint of your progression in the warehouse. Just uncheck the damn checkbox.
