T2 Nuke Missile with Tackler ?

Hello everyone,

I want to know if there was any special event to unlock SpaceMissile_Nuke_T2_Mk3 (Tactical Nuclear Weapon), because I just had a match where a pilot named lodbol (from [sYN]-Corp) uses nukes with his/her Machete T2 (Tackler). Afaik you get the nukes only in T3/T4.

I also reported him as hacker if there is no possibility to unlock nukes for T2.

Found another guy who uses nukes in T2. Pilots’ name is mak from [sYN]-Corp. Also on Machete T2

I was skeptical of this… until just tonight I ran into exactly the same issue. It wasn’t a SYN member, but had someone spamming nukes in an ALL T2 match. Are we missing something here? Is there any valid way for a T2 ship to be toting nukes?

They probaly still have it from before they went to T3/T4. And the devs derped and didn’t remove their stacks, just like they derp with everything they do.

You must be joking right?

In screen you can clearly see player “mak” killing 2 guys with T2(with T2 ship ofc) mk2 nuke. Log for what? This is not a bug report or whatever, but an observation. Or am I missing something?

About nukes, I guess it’s the good’ol’stockpiles

Log to help. I consider this as bugreport because it isn’t possible to buy t2 nukes. I reposted it to devs already.

Since he can’t reproduce it unless the named individuals conveniently drop nukes (which they probably won’t for a while now) I doubt a log will be forthcoming.

Somehow my stacks of my t2 holiday missiles disappeared after unequipping them for the last tourny…I sure as hell didn’t sell them. They get nukes but I can’t use holiday missiles anymore? bah humbug!

Yeah, I ran into Mak using nukes in a few matches as well, I think he also used one in his engi frigate but i can’t be sure.

I have an update on this issue from our developers.

Some players have anniversary rockets and nukes which is no longer available. As it is anniversary armament, you cannot purchase it now. We will withdraw inappropriate weapons from such players.

I guess in a hotfix or something like that there will be no longer any nukes in T2 matches.
