Am i missing something or is there not a T2 cpu tuning item at all?
There aren’t any available to purchase in the shop, but I think that some may in fact drop randomly from the loot screen.
tier 1 and 2 can’t equip cpu modifiers so it is unlikely to find them by looting…
tier 3 and 4 have cpu modifier slots
Much like how in tier 1 you can’t get variants of the three main weapons, you can’t get certain modules at tier 2, CPU tuning being one of them.

There are T2 ships with CPU tuning slots.
T2 Ships do have CPU slot…
im guess only way to get them is from being lucky with drops
