I Just tested if it is possible again to fly T1 and ended up in an 2vs2 with 2new players on one side
And it was possible to get a T1 match. It looks like the old T1 rule is no more active(150+ battles or so)

And me(5k+battles and 8k rating)
And bots are joining 2min after the battle started and not directly.
(Idk if this is a bug of the new MM System or supposed to be so)
Edit: I only saw players with 150+ battles(lowest was 155)
