You know that lovely doodle I submitted ages ago for the “Precursor” ship? Well… It seems to look a whole lot like the “Defiler” ship that they released in Invasion and SpecOps a while back. Take a gander:

eve is a mmorpg, not an action game, tho. it was influenced by ultima online, and basicly is ultima online in space. the spaceships are just there, basicly you get to the core of hardcore number crunching, excel sheet management, and full professional grind. it is the purest MMORPG in existence, because it gets rid of the RPG part in the process, as other unneeded distractions from farming, like trees, colors, jumping, etc. which wow introduced. because wow is basicly everquest in azeroth.

I for one find it strange how similar the Defiler is to the first major alien encounter in Black Prophecy which occurred right before you had to choose if you would go Genide or Tye. Anyone remember that? Of course, that alien ship was completely stationary and you had to shoot the turrets and shield generators off of it, but the design was almost identical.
