Games is locki9ng up at random. I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del and end task on the ‘Not responding’ game.

Im still waiting on a responce. Im still having issues with random lockups. I have updated all drivers. Run a SFC with no issues. Windows 10 is up to date. And I am using Windows Security. Can someone help with this please?

I downloaded and ran the batch file. Now what files do you need and where do I find them? Please give details, I am running windows 10. Now the game is locking up the entire PC. All I can do is open the task manager and end program on the game. I run a very fast and clean PC. This is the only game I have ANY issues with. I love it but the game constantly locks. It is very frustrating.
