Stickers Not Appearing After Purchase With Galactic Standards

I purchased a Skull and Dagger Sticker when a friend told me, [1] they were transferable to any ship, even his newer ships, [2] It was a one time fee.

I made the purchase then I logged out, then logged in to see if it was just client side, yet I wasn’t able to see the sticker selection on my other ships, just the ship purchased on. Then, I this morning wasn’t able to see the sticker, even on the ship I purchased it on, AND the Galactic Standards weren’t refunded.

Are the stickers not transferable amongst your fleet?
Where did my sticker go?

I have attached the screenshot of the screenshot of the ship. However in the last screenshot uploaded, you can see I would have to repurchase it via the Galactic Standards.

In short, I bought the “Skull and Daggers” sticker under the understanding that I would be able to transfer the sticker amongst my fleet of ships. However I wasn’t able to do that, and that created the initial issue, then I logged in and then in again, and it didn’t appear to be selectable without purchasing again for another price of Galactic Standards.

I am not seeing it even on the ship I purchased it on, or even seeing the refund for it disappearing. That is now the issue. Thank you for answering one of my questions.
