Installed the game via steam on linux, when I’m trying to launch the game I’m getting “Missing executable” error.
In “SteamApps/common/star conflict” there is only “data” folder with 3GB .pak files
Tried to reverify content via steam, nothing changed
Have you checked your antivirus for a log of it being removed? Sometimes antivirus remove games executables (no idea why).

You looking in “Linux” subcategory… it would be concerning if anyone in this subcategory would have antivirus 
yes, the executable seems missing for me too on kubuntu. Steam has also not flagged it for Linux yet, may be on their end too.
we do install antivirus. on servers, to scan mails

Hey there, thank you for creating this bug report. At the moment Steam haven’t fully enabled linux client. As soon as they do, we will make an announcement through Steam.
Linux client is now fully availible on Steam. You can play the game.
