Recon interceptors with station protection turned off can use their microwarp to splatter themselves on ships with station protective active to get them labeled as criminal. A Cyning did this to my Archon in New Eden and cost me the nearly 300k to fix my Archon. Twice.
This is a bug, it is reproducible, and it is only useful to trolls trying to harass people.
Suggestions: add ship to ship collision to the damages covered by station protection, make the recon the aggressor when they die by micro-warping into someone, or make collision damage deaths into a noncriminal kill.
