Station Protection disappears.. Bug o Cheat?

Today I was in Open Space in Sorting Facility with station protection active. Two players without station protection attack me and kill me… how is possible?

 

The time of the attack is about 15:20 - 15:25, i not understand log file… and post it all

Depends what ship you were flying. If it was a guard, your passive debuffs triggers criminal. If destroyer, shooting at your projectile or getting in way of your turrets. If recon, inhibitor crystal. If tackler, again, getting in way of drones, or certain aoe debuff modules like Hunter mode.
