lets see what happens if we take something in SC and multiply its stats by 10.
Iridium heatsink: +105% rate of fire, and overheat. for example, let your imagination go wild at how stupid some things can be when multiplied. downsides multiplied too.
Galvanized armor: +390 armor resist, -300% rotation speed.
these stats are off my head so they’re not too accurate, but it gives an idea for some fun.
imagine x10stat pvps… oh my lord.
Sounds like fun, and it would crash the game while we’re on it because the engine would never support such high speeds or firerates.

what about a vigilant x10?. spawn, shoot across map. touch enemy 0.01 second, death.
well… no because everone else would be x10 too…
so everyone is cancelled out in terms of murdering eachother, but trinkets makes everything else super wacky.
Knowing how good people actually are in building ships, i’d expect 10x the negative resist em on shields and kinetic on hull lol
I’d love to see a “one in the chamber” game mode where you are allowed only one shot of a special gamemode-specific weapon and your shot is only restored after killing someone or you die. XD
One shot would kill anything, so the ships and weapons would need to be standardized. Quick paced gamemodes like that make the world go round. It’s like knife game in CoD.
So I can play a Mauler that is
- Doing 10x more Dmg, but Crit Damage is also x10 so Like what, 1M crits? And since I have 389% Crit Chance, that’ll do!
- 500 degree pitch, I beg it won’t lag
- Fly 2000m/s? K!
- Be in camouflage for 400 seconds? Cool.
- 100k Dmg Torp with 6500m/s and 100km range? HELL YEAH
- I forgot to mention that my positrons have 100km/s projectile speed and 20x charge accumulation.
And all would get ruined because the respawn times would be 200 seconds and my weapons would take 10x longer to charge up.

A fighter equipped with a gauss cannon would be perfect for that…
(so no intys make you waste your single shot by just turning and twitching)
(and gauss is a non auto gun with reasonable projectile speed and accuracy and range)
