True, but my point still stands. Losing hull slots, fro Ceptors, is nothing. So their hull is weak. They can still kill 80% of what they shoot at. Lose 2k hp? Who cares, they now have 3x the dps they previously had.

You have not met the White Fang. My Guards are just so hard to kill. And, while I spread panic in enemy lines, I Pulsar/Mortar a few of them to death.

Well, if there was some counter I wouldāve screenshot, but usually I have the most engineer drone kills in the match for the team. Or had before patch. Ignore them and some of your less skilled teammates will suffer.
So I joined this game a while ago, and got into the whole Invasion CBT thing by spending some money. Then I spent some more money on DLC and ships and premium time. I now have allĀ maxed T1 and T2 ships with T4 modules, along with plenty of maxed T3 ships with also T4 modules.

My wife joined the game recently and did not get to play during the āpick 3 contracts to complete per factionā or the āpay 40K to change stationsā part of the game and she has Rank 9 Premium ships that I got her to get into the games with me⦠so sheās now basically being penalized for having Rank 9 Premiums since she now has to pay 500K credits just for the chance to grind to get Tier 3 stuff⦠all of her Tier 4 upgrade kits that have kept her broke up to now are pointless, since sheās not going to have enough credits to change stations to upgrade most of her stuff to be competitive until at least Tier 3, where she would be facing people like me with mostly purples already.

This last patch has really done little but annoy new paying customers.

Donāt get me wrong, I have the 800K or so credits I need to jump stations, although I donāt have any of the magical fast high-tier Recons⦠but I donāt even have the time to play every day, so after a few days I would have a new ship synergized to the max and I would be ready for another ship, but then Iām out of credits again since the rate at which I get credits and how often I would need to jump to get Monocrystals donāt sync-up.

I honestly did not whine about the 200K credits all that much, although I felt closer to 100K would have been the appropriate fee⦠but 500K for my wife who I am trying to get into this game? Thatās rough. Gaijin, I know I have most of your DLCs already with the exception of 1, but do you not want any more of my money?

And about Missiles pylon - about time this change was made ! I can finally fly Paper Cov Ops with nuke or Wolf(r8, cause of 2 hull slots) with Firestorm !
Some random thoughts for the devs. Most online games have a player base that is 60-80% pve based, or 20-40% pvp based. I fall into the second group. SC has a fair, at best, player base. We went from two to three venues for game playĀ with the introduction of attacked sectors. I feel that we are slicing the onion a little too thin. Its getting harder to find a decent fight.Ā From a pvp standpoint I see no real reason to go rock hunting other than to upgrade my ships. This kinda sucks for me, as I have no interest in interacting with theĀ AI at all. What I would like to see is give those of us who only have an interest in pvpĀ Ā drops (upon winning a battle) that would spare us from mining, flying about, wasting our time, you get the point. Or make it worth my time to hunt down folks in sector. For what its worth I pay to play because this is challenging and fun, donāt break it.

its called salvaging. you dont have to go to mine at all, except for alien mono crystals;Ā
At lower tiers it may just drop little loot, but from T3 on, salvaging the mk2 upgrade kits for t3 and t4 should give u enough for ammo.
higher tiers provide rare materials like graphite plates. you can basicly convert credits to resources.

Donāt think you read me g4borgā¦donāt want to savage or any other thing, just pvp. If our little sandbox is going to be open space and the rewards can be found there, fine, Iām in. But donāt force me to do pve that I have no interest in. I like random pvp, nothing moreā¦cant think of the words to dumb that down. Give us the same rewards as the pve folks.

no open world needed. most components can be found in T4+ upgrade kits. and looting green upgrade kits doesnāt even cost money

Missile pylons are good the way they are no need to change them.
Agreed. While you get a lulzy amount of damage, you sacrifice a LOT of tankiness if you put more than one pylon on your ship. Hull slots are very valuable for survival. While a ship could rush down a ship with missile spam, it will die just as quick in return.
Implants still change randomly. This can completely destroy your build 
yup, still having the implant problem as well with only the standard crew. please fix this asap.
