no im 100 precent sure it has been 10 resist all the time, it might been 7 before 2-3 patches ago. but not after 9,0,0+ patches. im only using guards i know that :slight_smile:

It was only +7, and the Empire implant used to be -30% cool down. They’ve both been changed in the last few patches.

I know this is a beta and all but; your game no longer works.  Can’t get a game at all (although my ship seems to have no problems losing battles without me while I chat in the hangar).  Perhaps a quick rollback to 0.9.2 is in order so we can actually play while you fix the problem and also take your time fixing it?

I managed to play a few games and I’m still fighting T4 ships in my T3 games.

I played 2 games. 1 that was 3v3 and another that was 2v2 + bots.  Then 3 games in a roll that I can not play. I give up.

 

Hope my license days wasted like that will be compensated !

after the match was over I had to log out and back in for my ships to be available as they were stuck in battle

 

also after looking at my screenshot again… LOL 6 kills with the singularity cannon and I thought I had maybe 3

This.  You could say it’s our own fault for paying real money in a beta where things are by definition subject to change.  But it would cost nothing to give everyone (even people that didn’t log in during 0.9.3 if its hard to figure out who did and who didn’t) one free day of license and foster goodwill with the community by showing how much you (the developers) care about the community. ;)wt Pretty please? Otherwise keep up the good work.

There are new titles?  It’s not clear how to unlock them.

 

Edit: Hover over the yellow title in the description.  Translation needs some work, Ensigns are not T4.  And why do I not have Battle Master when I have 623 wins?

Lol, I have no idea what is going on, but I have to say that this patch was “Half Baked” 

 

They should of tested this more thoroughly before releasing it. I rather wait 2 weeks for a a good patch bi month then have broken patches every week…but that’s my own opinion.

I am  not whining about buying something and then it is changed and made useless (pointing at premium ships).

 

The inability to play at all and my timer ticking meanwhile is bad.

 

Its like you want to rent a cab and they charge you for the distance from their station to your home as well as home > destination.

 

Not the brightest example, but I am half awake and you have enough IQ to understand what do I mean.

I hope we don’t have to wait until next week for a fix for this game or there will be no game As of now only 500 ppl are connected and 80% can’t access battles… hurry up devs or ppl will go play something else… Not that you might care but I’ve worked on data access for many years. This is what we call total disaster and you seriously need to think on making a rollback to 0.9.2 untill this 0.9.3 is properly tested to be released. Just my humble opinion.

Game is completely unplayable now, I’ve managed to fly 1 mission since the patch went live 13/14hours ago. Rest of the time I’ve been stuck in the hanger saying my ships are in battle or failed to find contract… please roll the patch back.

We are working to fix the issue and the fix will be there as soon as possible!

Contracts also didn’t update after / during the game. Vanguard’s finish 2 games with atleast 800 efficiency. When I came out of the match it still sat at 0/2

Please, post this in a specail section of the forum. It is hard to track bugs if they are posted anywhere but the place they should be reported. Don’t forget to attach the full log!

Thank you! Please, don’t feel the need to rush. We just want you to get it right. I haven’t noticed the same issue regarding PvE. Perhaps those affected could shift their focus to that game mode for the time being?

I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that I don’t hate this patch. I understand that some pilots are unable to connect/load throughout the duration of their battles. I have not had any issues thus far.

 

I have wanted the option to select a server region for a long time, and I’m thrilled by it’s arrival. In lower tiers, having a latency of around 160ms is surviveable. In T4/T5 combat, however, that sort of thing can get you killed in a hurry. As of yet, I have not felt the need to specify a server region. Leaving my menu option on “Any” has not affected me negatively. I have played all my games today on North American servers. Recently, my queue times have been much better. On some occasions, (maybe 1 in 10) the queue is instant. Otherwise, I typically only have to wait approxomately 2 minutes. This, of course is when I am flying solo. If I squad up with other T4’s, queue times jump up to around the 4 minute mark again.

 

I am prepared to disagree with those who say matchmaking is broken. I have currently in my hangar two R10 ships with synergy levels of 5 and 6, and two R11 ships with synergy levels of 3 and 5. If I enter into a small battle (i.e. 3-5 ships on either side) I will find myself matched against opponents with similar stuff in their hangars. If I make it into a larger battle though, I typically find 2 - 5 players on each side with comparable T4 ships, while the rest of each teams’ ranks are filled by T3’s. What the advanced players do with their advantage is entirely up to them. Some of them have T3’s in their hangars as well, so I would assume they are trying to earn synergy on those ships in order to unlock something better.

One final note. What is going on with bots these days? I have noticed some very inconsistent play from bots present in PvP matches recently. Today, for example, I was matched up in a 3v3 with two bots apiece on each team. The opposing human pilot and I were very closely matched. He managed to shoot me down twice, and I got him once. The bots, however, were worlds apart in their performance. A bot on the opposing team even managed to outscore the human player. After the match, (which he won most convincingly) he PM’d me acknowledging that he had received an advantage due to his superior bots. I replied that one of mine seemed to be having an off day. (see screenshot)

 

I understand that tweaking the A.I. is a labor intensive process, so I’m not going to ask anyone to do that. Instead, I have a suggestion: if only one human pilot is present on a team, could that pilot at least be able to select which ship in each bot’s hangar said bot will take into battle? We obviously can’t fly the ships for them, but c’mon; a bot in an ECM or a Gunship is noticeably more effective than one in a Guard or Long Range frigate.

 

One final note: the A.I. detection needs to be tweaked on Abandoned Outpost. I have noticed that bots will bypass the static warp gates and elect to travel between beacons in the conventional fashion instead.

Hm, thank you for your feedback, we will try to get back to you with an answer on it.

Now, I have recieved a confirmation, that there will be a compensation amounting to 24 hours of premium license, for all of our pilots! We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and are doing our utmost to fix the problem!

On the subject of Bots, last time I flew with them was a T3 match. I had all Rank 9 ships, my opponent had at least one T4, yet my bots had T2 in their lineup!

I’d suggest the following:

1: Bots are equipped based on the tier. If it’s a T3 match then they use R8 / R9 exclusively. For T4, R11 / 12, and 13 / 15 for T5.

2: Bots use Military implants at the very least.

3: Bots never spawn as Long Range.
