Remind me something I posted a super Long time ago.

 

The Problem hasnt gone away, tho.

 

If we just compare the the Special Modules: Desintegrator wins, hands down. 

 

Dmg. of the Torps is too weak, they can shot down or distracted by Flares. AMS btw. has an incredible range of 3km, so if you place a Guard in the Middle of a Map, it will cover about 25% of it. Maybe 40% If we speak of the Space were the battle takes place. 

 

I dont want to see the Torpedo-Overkill, like it was in the time, when AMS was useless. 

But Dmg. Nerf and AMS-nerf together render the Torpedo useless (again).

 

Besides that: The Desintegrator is fine. No Need to nerf it. Buff the Torpedo! (at least nerf the AMS-Range)

Dont solve things with nerfs, solve this with buffs instead, that way no guard flyer (Rakza for instance) will complain. HEHEEHEHHE

Balacing a game is a subtil proceed including Nerf and Buffs. Not BUFFHAMER OR NERFHAMMER.

Guided torps are beyond annoying though

A shorter recharge won’t matter since long distances take up the recharge. It needs more range, and maybe disintegrator’s range needed. Most importantly it needs more maneuverability. As for AMS, it should go back to it’s old style but with a reduced rate of takedowns. It’s no longer a team support module.
