Added the display of discounts in the store.

It is now possible to set texture quality to low for weak graphics cards.

Improved the sound settings in the hangar.

Changed the sound of tactical warhead timers.
Fine-tuned the volume settings of the modules.
Improved intelligibility of some voice lines.
Improved sound settings for the 5.1 and 7.1 formats.
