General changes:
* Added a new item, “Assign key” to the Esc-menu. Please note that your previous keybinds have been reset to the initial state.
* Added a vote window:

  • To improve feedback, the game will have surveys on the most pressing issues.
  • Participation in the survey gets you a reward.
  • You can see the overall results of the vote.

Game balance: General
* Increased amount of reputation received for participation in combat.
* The number of reputation obtained in the case of defeat has been increased (reduced the difference in the amount of reputation gained for victory and defeat).

 

Scenarios: Sabotage
* T1-T2: “Agents” no longer use shield regeneration and increased resistances.

Battlegrounds: General
* Added a new battleground “The Source”.

Ships: General
* Fixed a bug with missing slots in some ships.
* Changed parameters of the following ships:

  • White Hawk. Removed one active slot. +30% to shield strength. +20% to rocket reload rate.
  • Kevlar Ha. Removed one active slot. +30% to shield strength. +20% to rocket reload rate.
  • Crus type A. Removed one active slot. +15% to main weapon damage. +10% to speed.
  • Machete. Removed 1 passive slot. Large rockets capacity increased by 6. +20% to rocket reload rate.
  • Neuron. Removed 1 passive slot. +40 to shield resistances.
  • Strong. Removed 1 passive slot. Large rockets capacity increased by 6. +20% to rocket reload rate.
  • Tiger-M. Removed 1 passive slot. Large rockets capacity increased by 6. +20% to rocket reload rate.
  • Alligator Mk III. Removed one active slot. +15% to main weapon damage. +10% to speed.

Weapons and modules: General
* Added new module “Warp Gate.”

Booster’s
* Removed device “Adaptive Shield.”
* Added Device “Missile Procurement.”

Sound and Music: General
* Tweaked UI sounds
* Tweaked torpedo sounds
* Shooting sounds optimized

Yay, another patch. Patching means another step forward.

 

Now i hope we will get to the matchmaking issues soon.

you have fewer passive / active slots  and increased stats…i’m not so sure if this is going to work…imagine the people dropping nukes everywhere…why don’t get empire ships some tweeks?

 

like the phobos aura gets a second large missile (the stats ans slots will remain the same)

 

curious about the new modules…this missile thing → could it be possibly a factory for missiles?

The tweakings for the ships are not finished yet so other ships may get some improvements too.

It’s a booster which lets you refill your rockets for free for a certain time.

one more thing:

 

the missile defence system (frigate) and the ir flares mk3 version should be availiable to every player not depending on the faction

 

furthermore they should be availiable for t1 and t2 too not only t3 and 4, since there are many jericho players and the guided torpedos deal quite some damage

And still nothing about the useless federation specials… mmm…

weird, happend to me yesterday: i was killed by the plasma web of an federal interceptor…

 

@Fanfulla open a thread in the suggestions section and present your thoughts about the specials of every fed ship, i’m sure many players will join this balancing discussion

For sure! It must be checked whether the patch works. It can sometimes just take a little longer

Where can i find the new modules and why i cant buy the four slot in the hangar? It cost gold credits? If so the icon should be gold to make this more clear for players.

The new module can be found on frigates under engeneering. This week it’s gold only and next week it will be available for credits.

Can’t say that im Happy about the buff for Reputation gain ,  i thought the actual stand was good atleast when you win . Why is that so ? you still don’t earn enough money , playing with T1 i earned like 50k now with T2 i earn like 10k an with a T3 ship i earn like 5k each WIN ! you need ages to get the necessary millions to get a ship .

So, slightly confused, the Crus seems to have gained an active slot and so has the Neuron

 

The Machete and Strong’s large rocket slot seems to have stayed the same at 8 and 9 respectively

 

Also I am pretty sure the Neuron only had one passive slot previously and the Machete appears to have gained one

 

So, uh yeah, I am slightly confused by the patch notes to say the least

Devs, please be aware that F2P model games can alienate a huge part of its playerbase very quickly if golden modules gives unfair advantages to people willing and able to spend money for this…

some things the devs should do in the next patch:

t1 hull repair support module - it was promised in the last patch…

 

removal of all t2 heavy weapons + 100% payback (green and purple weapons respectively)

 

missile defence system for t1 and t2 - you barely can defend your team mate and yourself properly

 

missile defence and flares shouldn’t be bound by a specific faction - just like the collision compensator mk3 versions are availiable to everyone
