Star Conflict OBT v 0.7.13

I’ve read russian forums and the change was reverted but somehow information just didn’t reach the english forums…

That was a textbook case of “broken telephone” with one of the devs incorrectly understanding the question and giving an answer that was further distorted to make it seem that the change was reverted. The whole situation was cleared a couple of pages down the thread. The game demanding a license for 4-man squads is a known bug that is very hard to catch.

You should still be able to create 4 player squads for free.

But you won’t be able to join Practice.

If you are not able to join arcade/regular/mission, please create a bug report.

I can confirm that you need a license for arcade/regular/mission in this patch.

Speed cap increased back to 700? Welp.

And no other stuff fixed that should have been :F

sweet speed cap

Speed cap? There should be an acceleration cap, but not a speed cap… it’s space!  I guess it is arcade-like.

EDIT: Totally forgot to add, so far so good! I’m not complaining it’s a well built game and the development looks exciting and could lead to great things.

I can confirm that you need a license for arcade/regular/mission in this patch.

so report this with logs. This bug looks like random issue - it happens to someone sometimes. Devs need to reproduce it first before fixing.

So random that it happens to everybody without a license every single time. When somebody talks about this in global, I have never seen one single person say “We don’t have a license and it works for us”.

Lol i bet this is another case of they ninja changed it and didn’t even telk error.

We are being constructive! Clearly, you were never taught the difference between constructive, and positive.

We are not being positive because there is nothing to be positive about. This makes two patches in a row that are significantly harming the game and you are unable to understand why people seem angry at you? Really? Are you that stupid?

You want constructive, here is constructive: Increase loot, increase experience, increase loyalty. Remove Mk I equipment from all ships and reduce ship costs. Reduce costs of changing implants back to something sane. Remove mixed-tier matches, or allow players to choose whether they want mixed tier games or locked tier games.

And finally, talk to people! At least give a reason why you are destroying the game in the eyes of your fanbase!

Is that constructive enough for you?

By far, THE most civilized post I have read my entire life. My hat is off to you, my good sir.

I really wanted to spend my money on your pretty space ship game.  But, I’m so glad I didn’t.

I’m over it.  Aside from the matchmaking, prices, loot, etc… that everyone’s mentioning:

I log in to find all my favorite ships without modules because you’ve changed the roles, and the requirements for the ships I spent all that time working for.  In order for me to use those ECM modules I now have to change to Jericho, pay for re-implantation, and rank up to lvl 9 with a faction I never intended on using.  Now I have a bunch of useless mods in my hangar and because recently purchased 2 new T3 ships; I’m broke and can’t afford to fit my T2 Vanguard ships.

I love internet spaceships.  Back when I started over a month ago it was awesome.  Now this game keeps getting more and more tedious…I’m over it and will be telling everyone I know to not even bother.  There are too many other great games without greedy xxxx devs who care about their customers and what they have to say.
