Star Conflict: Broker Missions

The Daggy launcher, it’s good vs frigates and probably very nice vs destroyers because most of them fly in the horizontal plane and are long in the horizontal plane.

Not so good vs anything that can dodge, even with acceleration coils it gets up to 2100m/s.

Looks cool with long range builds as the projectiles fly around and around where the target is if they  miss.

The sound effects are so and so ;p

I don’t use it as a long range weapon, from far away it’s only effective against destroyers (but, because they are op af, they can still hit you with their weapons -.-) and the slower frigates. I prefer using  it at close range, I activate EM scattering field and then I shoot fighters and frigates, the Dahg’nith (or whatever its name is) melts them

That’s not true, except for the reused singularity cannon sound, I love the sounds the weapon makes when you fire it constantly, it’s like a heart beating.

That’s not true, except for the reused singularity cannon sound, I love the sounds the weapon makes when you fire it constantly, it’s like a heart beating.

Which is why you use it from behind cover and use reverse thruster (haha, guards and engis, LRF dominance rises once again!) when a black hole is close enough to damage you.

Also the reused coil mortar sound on projectile explosion is much worse than the reused singularity sound on firing.

This information should clearly be given in game the way kill / assist synergy is, but it’s not. It is clearly displayed in each game in the hud, as a matter of fact, players (including me) argued to make that display less vissible because it blinds in certain situations As such, it’s difficult to know why some runs fall short and others storm well clear. Dont confuse synergy with efficiency, they are rewarded differently without being always directly proportional

But with the horizontal rotation of this weapon it may even be possible to use it behind an asteroid. I think with a lot of rotation and range, it can be a funy way to hit while being totaly safe.

Turn rate is so fast the proyectile hits the wall unless you are really close of the edge, therefore you need to increase proyectile speed and aim like half screen away.

+1 def needs new sound for both.

If it made a similar sound to Hunter/Predator launch, and a mixture of singularity hit and halo hit, then that could be nice. it is an alien weapon after all…

Make new sound effects for such weapons and I won’t break Broker’s fingers.
