There’s a lot of obfuscation that makes this more difficult than it should be. For example, do buff assists give synergy? What’s the synergy reward for kills / assists vs small turrets, main batteries and the missile turrets?
This information should clearly be given in game the way kill / assist synergy is, but it’s not. As such, it’s difficult to know why some runs fall short and others storm well clear.
Now if only it didn’t cost 50 live crystals to make.
Captured Dreadnought = My favorite PvE mission(midlevel).
Should be easy doable. If you don’t have total fail randoms in first stage of it.
But sadly no possibility for OS/PvP user to do this mission.
I did them with ease and the weapon is like a dumber but more powerful flux phaser,you have to try it on a LRF with firerate builds it is awesome!

If I read it correctly 11 other weapons will follow. And with all Em-based, it could be really hardcore.
But this weapon isn’t the same as the predator use?(As it read you can’t aim above/below yourself) Or is it just a rolling trick needed to do this part?

is it homing? or guided like flux phaser?
And could you post the raw stats? Because builds/ships alter it in a way.
That’s like posting a high RoF coil mortar or a next to non spread shrapnel weapon…
The first impression of this weapon is:
Very good anti-ceptor weapon(homing+maneuverability reducing) AND big ship weapon(long range+dpm).

It is guided but only if the target is locked on.It has good guidance tho but it can be still easly dodged.

Raw stats would apply only if its like this: but only for one turret since as soon as it is mounted on a ship its stats are altered from the crew,even if its not mounted just multiply it by 4 or 6 for the different frigates or grind it and see by yourself.

It does explosive damage indeed,not sure about the next ones,they sure have to vary in some other ways,im sure the devs came up with interesting stuff.
It only homes from side to side doesn’t it? So if the enemy flies up/down your screen there is no homing?
Make a short video clip. I got enough to build one T5, but 50 Live Crystals seems like a waste.
Okay from the picture alone I can tell:
A) It’s a one bullet weapon. Mean more turrets just increase the RoF(like halo/coil mortar)
B) You have the EM-ammo for +damage -projectile speed in it.
C) You have the crewimplant for +20% weaponrange
D) You have at least one RoF increasing thing in it
E) You have one spread reduce in it(why it even have spread with a homing projectile?!)
F) Very nice heatingrate.
I think it could be a better coil mortar. Is it a shoot by sight weapon thingie like photon from destroyers if no target is locked or will it refuse to shoot?
To the other alien weapons:
The hunter use a bullet similiar to the photon.
The scout’s ‘laser’ is just a blaster with way lower rof/projectiles and EM instead of thermal.
The bubble emitter of destroyer ‘Andromeda’ is something like the singu from fighters, just with multiple projectiles in rapid sequence and then either a break or long overheat.
The laser emitter would be a strange weapon as it’s thermal.
The bubble emitter from defiler just seem an improved version of the hunter’s version.
The ‘laser’ emitter from defiler just seem an improved version of scout’s version.
