Is the Publisher Gaijin prepared for some paid advertisement upon release of 1.4.0 update on Steam Store front page for at least 2-3 days, if not more?
Each time that Gaijin released something, usually even a minor update for their game, War Thunder, they always advertised it, which isn’t exactly true for Star Conflict.
Isn’t their job, to ensure that Star Conflict popularity grows, since they are in charge of advertisement and economics for this game? It feels exactly the opposite.
Now on the topic,SC is indeed a game that deserves a try by the mass,right now,we may not know if this the apex of popularity it may get,WT is completely obsolete for me,just a WWII game with vehicles that glitch the hell out ever-so-often,if you want a more proper WW experience then try BF1,you can play even as a dreadnought,but not as many people can handle that game,heck,not even I can stay on 75 FPS ALL the time,at least on ultra mode on 1080p,don’t want to think about how it would be like on 1440p or even 4K,the game looks good enough for me that way.
So,yeah,it does deserve an ad campaign,what about the money we all spent on the premium content in the game,did really everything go into development,or did Gaijin get its part out of that,that may have been a bit too much,not sure if anyone from there is watching this forum,so a better connection between the players and the devs would be great,so we can find a way to sort this out,but since most,if not ALL of them are Russians then that might not happen.
Now lemme just snap out of my optimistic self,back to “kill myself” Thunder…
I agree, I’ve never seen a single advertisement for the game, ever. Unless you count using the #space hashtag on their Facebook page that is. War Thunder has a lot of different ads and updates are advertised as promoted posts on my FB feed many weeks after they are released. Star Conflict needs more attention, it is IMHO much more enjoyable game than WT is. (And has no russian bias, hah)
It’s not gonna happen. Unless I 'm just trolling people since days, ho no wait, half the times I wasn’t trolling. Your bet to understand what was bs and don’t.
I have doubts…despite this apparently being the largest update they have ever done, they still missed out on many chances before to bring new players in through Ads. If they haven’t attempted to bring more life into the game in the past, there is a slim chance they will drop the good chunk of change to do so now.

So I would say they do have some type of advertising in mind here. It may not be what you would expect or like to see but its better than nothing…

Well I would like a lot to make video of sc like kosty, koro, orca… but unfortunately my pc Is not powerful enough
