Great patch in general but i’m wondering if making fs mission harder was a good idea … even if it’s a farming place I see a lot of player dying out there

Pilots with Joystick have kind of another expirience playing the game. Anyway, the analog device, which was developed specialy for flying, may be a little bit better than the keyboard with an obvious reasons)
why didn’t you re-implemented the ability to shoot behind you interceptor, since the turn key are removed there is no excuse to not be able to shoot behind yourself
Well,this patch is pretty interesting,the new shield animation is strange tho,I like the previous pulsating dodecahedrons,the single thing buffed in FS is the Cruiser,he has like 50% more HP,but is still soloable with Mauler!
I think you are starting to go a bit too far by removing whole keybinds and adding blindspots just for the sake of interceptor nerfing,now I know that the ECM are awaited by a nerf too,but they will eventually become almost useless since I dont want to trade a recon for a tackler in OS…
And the rework for the ships is also interesting,Sword S is more supportive as an…engi?
Hyena now its faster,not sure about that but i guess…?
Styx has better healing and is almost like Brokk,at least for destroying devices…
Using Shield Booster Kit - visual animation actually creates a distraction for me. Please, revert it as it was.
Visual improvements to the Store - good change, but not relevant to the gameplay.
Fire support PvE - see no significant changes. It’s okay and balanced.
T5 Dreadnought Battles - finally! I just hope it does not take me 3-5 months to complete all the modules. Boost construction option should be much simpler and easier to use.
Adaptives no longer work as they did. Logical change.
I guess that adding and increasing shield regeneration speed, while adaptives are active by 10-15-20% to compensate lack of hull resistance would be OP?
If so, they should be as they are now?
IMPLANTS need work! Check [here](< base_url >/index.php?/topic/31225-implant-or-crew-tree-suggested-adjustments/). Rank 9 Empire implant needs to only affect Hull and not Hull and Shield while you’re locked or under its effects.
Ellydium transport - no buffs on Open Space - Heavily relied on luck. Very, very frustrating! I would still add a hot-fix, which will provide power-ups until this Broker operation is over with.
Only way to complete this mission is to lure Predators away or to destroy the transport, wait for it to respawn and hope that 2 Defilers don’t cross its path.
Bugs fixed - Well, only 2. There is still a lot more of them to fix.
New modules - I do not care, because I don’t bother with them.
Changes to keybinds - Will have to test it.
Only good thing I think: This weekend we will know what this phase bp will do.

Indeed,unlike the other stuff,nothing has revealed even a bit of what that thing does,besides the long “research” that thing will sure have a ground-breaking mechanic.

Oh and now it ‘remembers’ distance… what for? With this spin all its good for are screenshots like the one provided by @niripas.
If you removed the turn keys are you going to remove blind spots for interceptors ?
Also removal of Adaptive sheilds affecting the hull. Say good by invincible adaptive guards and octopus.

This ability was never implemented) It was a bug in the control system, and we fixed it no so long time ago
Cinnamon, The shoot behind your interceptor was blocked leading up to this patch. Are you sure this was changed a while ago, I have a number of 2 day old video’s that do counter this statement. Either way nice patch. Very happy !!!
Not sure how I feel about the new free aim spinning stuff. I understand that the turn keys were removed and that’s a good thing, but why free aim? I use that often to avoid extreme ping situations and to allow me to actually keep fighting.

I don’t play War Thunder, sorry. You just have a different opinion to mine - i.e. it allows quick “Look around” without changing aim point or ship flight path.
Also I don’t think this is the place for such discussion.

Also. There is:
Look Around - use to…look around. Ship shoots forwards. Also used to check what’s behind small objects…
Look Back - looks directly behind you. Ship shoots forwards. Use to aim RT if you have time.
Free Aim: Move mouse to look. Ship shoots at crosshairs. Ship continues straight in current heading. Use to fly along stuff instead of at it. Keep crosshairs in best firing arc for effect. Useful for turret rows in PvE or cruising past an asteroid ready to shoot at ship.
Still don’t believe rear-ward firing on intis was a “bug”. Ships have done this for years and I’m sure it was intended that this could happen, until too many people discovered you can do daddy-long-legs spider dance in the middle of battle while shooting…
