Squad rewards - an incentive to squad

I am not going to wait more than 3 minutes for a single match! And I very often do not get it! 3-men or 4-men squads can often wait forever!

This should be addressed with incentive rewards to encourage squads.

Reward incentives example:    (PvP, PvE, Open Space)

Koromac [Squad Leader]       (going solo - no bonus/es)

Erador                               +2  (+10% standard synergy bonus)

LudwigHR                        +3  (+15% standard synergy bonus,   +1 looting attempt )

niripas                             +4   (+20% standard synergy bonus, +10% credit bonus +1 looting attempt )

I hope that you will consider doing something like this.

All suggestions like this are fantastic ideas and should be implemented.
