Spirals' and Endeavours' Mark 1 modules cannot be researched or upgraded?!

Bug report:

 

All Spirals’ and Endeavours’ ships have special and unique Mark 1 modules. You can upgrade them with (free) loyalty vouchers and credits to Mark 4.

I need to know, why is the Research option for Mark 1 module not available to upgrade or research those ships’ specific modules directly, when you don’t have enough (free) loyalty vouchers?

 

Is it a bug or a feature? It seems to be a bug.

 

Affected weapons/modules that cannot be upgraded or researched: Mark 1 variants only (confirmed bugs!)

 

  • Quickcharge system 12 Mark 1

  • Overheating Laser 12 Mark 1

  • Breach Laser 12 Mark 1

  • Compression Railgun 12 Mark 1

  • Invulnerability projector 12 Mark 1

  • Fuse Blaster 12 Mark 1

  • Enhanced Shield 12 Mark 1

  • Phase demodulator 12 Mark 1

 

Possible issues with Dart’s and Gargoyle’s crafted modules of Mark 1 , when starting the Research option: ( unconfirmed, maybe already fixed? )

  • Harmonic Drive 12 Mark 1

  • Reserve generator 12 Mark 1

  • Dual-channel repeater 12 Mark 1

  • Quantum Railgun 12 Mark 1

  • Boson Cannon 12 Mark 1

  • Disintegrator modifier 12 Mark 1

It’s a bug. Spiral and Endeavour not generating vouchers after battle. Breach Laser and Fuse Blaster still can be upgraded installing them on another Guard or Engi.
