Immuty word is misspelled.
How to fix this spelling error?
Replace Immuty word with Immunity.
How to replicate this bug?
Language must be set to English.
Use any Repair Kit, make sure that the implant provides immunity - rank 8 Federation (Armadillo II), for example.
In Open Space mode, activate Repair kit. You will see the spelling error then.
