About reduced difficulty: (still required in my opinion)
I noticed maybe slower emitter projectiles and a bit less accurate emitter beams in T5 Destroyer mission today.
I am still suggesting the following balance changes:
Destroyer in T5: (needs smaller adjustments) - still necessary
Destroyer Anomaly Generator:
- reduce durability/hit-points of 2 Gravity/Anomaly Generators by an additional 10%
Destroyer Speed:
- reduce engine speed (at 10% hull integrity left) by an additional 5%, which will make the ship just a bit slower, when it’s about to escape
Destroyer Torpedoes:
- reduce durability/hit-points of all flying torpedoes by an additional 10%
- reduce speed of all flying torpedoes by an additional 5%
Destroyer Core:
- increase/prolong/extend the core exposure duration time after the shell is destroyed by 3 more seconds, until it is replaced by another new shell
Destroyer Shell:
- decrease durability of all shells by an additional 5%
Outpost Bomp pick-up:
- bomb explosion radius should be increased by an additional 10%
- bomb damage should be increased by an additional 10%
Defiler in T5: (pretty much balanced) - optional
Matter Inverter:
- durability/hit-points of all Matter Inverters should be reduced by an additional 10%
Alien Biomorphs only:
- EM damage done (Alien Turbo-Phaser only) by Alien Biomorphs should be reduced by an additional 10%
- speed of Alien Turbo-Phaser weapon projectile should be reduced by an additional 5%
Do this and everything will be perfectly balanced.

I don’t see any arguments and reasons see why we should do this, maybe we should, but you just wrote about some tweaks and told us to do it? It doesn’t work this way.

Look, the last 1% on the Destroyer is the problem. It escapes in 6 out of 10 matches.
That last 1% needs to be really 1%, but it feels more like 3% or 5%.
If you increase the blast radius of bombs by 10% and increase damage by the same amount, it can also work as well. Bombs are just a bit too weak.
