any reason why a T5 Tacklers with cruise engine can’t be used in the event someone may not have gunships as part of the portal close team
A T5 tackler could probably replace the gunship on the portal team, but it would need a max DPS build, which still wouldn’t compete with the gunships DPS. No way it could work for the center team due to the necessity for DPS, which tacklers can’t provide.

I think tha an adaptative tank trex would do a great job on closing portals too replacing the gunship… anyone tried it?

Has anyone tested if the Target Painter works against the Defiler? If it does a Tackler with range bonus for example could be really useful for the team. Lion Mk2 could do that job Imo, with 3 Capacitor it’s DPS could be pretty good even though it’s not as good as a Gunship.
