They shold be there. But remember about loot chances.

Of course. A chance to obtain them is better than none at all, especially if the loot chance is the same as for the other ship parts.

When rank 14 Destroyers are out, automatically do the same for a new resource component as well.

I can only confirm that there hasn’t been anyone that I know and I questioned a lot of people, who would actually confirm that he’s got one of those parts.

It must be a bug, or the chance must be extremely low or much lower than any normal ship part.

 

Please, review this, just to be sure, if it’s a bug or not.
