I’m thinking of buying one.

Is there any performance difference between spatial scanner 13 and 15, except the critical chance?

I mean, yeah, in item finding.

They are all the same, but make sure you buy one that can be used in rank 10, as the rank 10+ sectors give the best loot from mysterious containers.
