So Destroyers

Shouldn’t every expansion bring more player to the game? Why does the destroyer bring then so many???

Because of themselves. The new levelingsystemreward wasn’t it(this was shortly changed after first destroyer arrived).

So I doubt, that many will leave after the destroyers are fully realized and out.

Pplz want easy accessible fun with destroyers, not so much thinking. Guess why we are not playing chess here. Just nerf the CovOps a bit or make destros stronger an anybodys compeltely happy. Well everybody cept some hyperactive kids on speed who need da danger-dog zone.

by easy accessible fun u mean flying potato which has superior dps and survivability compared to any other ship class in game + few completely broken modules available only for dessies

Destros makes ships slower, aiming easier. Everything slows down. Thinking gets actually more important, cuz u dont focus so much on aiming n evading. U have time to think were your ship is best positioned, what teammates do, what enemy do . Good for old ones, good for Aces, good for medium skilled players. Bad for very good players though.

Never been good player and yet dislike this change… coz u know SC was unique and now it’s like wot or wows aka slow, boring campfest

Covops need indeed a nerf, but not because of how they can handle destroyer.

And destroyer should get a fixed % of their total hull as damage for destroyed parts. For engine 10%, special module 10% and each active module 7.5%. Make in total 50%. So if you achieve it twice to knock out all of these modules, the destroyer is dead alone from module damage(doesn’t matter if hulltank or not). This mean you can tank only against normal damage with additional hull not against moduledamage like currently. And max 61s for taking out a destroyer is okay.

And if this is to long for you, you can make the suggestion, that the modules respawn after 30s or so instead of the 60s.

What kind of boring xxxx game came you from? Farmville? You are the kind of player no game wants.

Wants maximum rewards for zero efforts. 

If this is the new generation of players that star conflict has to relie on, it has fallen deep indeed.

This guy is reason enough to say that destroyers was a bad idea.

If this game is too fast for you then go play something else, 

 

Want slow ships and a boring half hour fight go play naval action or world of warships. That might be more your speed. But I bet you’ ll find a OP ship at that game too with wich you ll manage to die.

 

THUS not every ship you die in needs a buff,…

What is that for a stupid reply? What do you even want to say? that i m too fast for star conflict? or that CS is yet another game you are failing because you are too slow?

 

A game shouldnt slow down and get n00b proof just so you would die less. At least make an effort and spend some time to get better in the game. In stead of coming complaining on the forum that everything is still too fast for you. Covert op is not overpowererd, you will only find n00bs and the less skilled players to support that claim. The fact that you can get killed by a covert op is the basis of a rock-paper-scissor based game with different ship roles. I dont understand how you dont grasp that and seem to think that their is a need for a ship that has no countered and cant be killed unless in a 5 vs 1 situation. BTW only good covert op players manage to kill a T3 destroyer on their own and they usualy get help. In pvp i ve never even seen a T4 go down in a 1 vs 1 or even a 2 vs 1. If you get killed that often by covert op, i suggest you work on you flying and tactics. It is not all the game s fault.

How I see it, people that want to play slower should go to PVE and Invasion, and the devs shouldn’t spoil fast PVP by adding stupidly slow destros. Even EVE Online PVP (that I started playing more actively since last week) has faster action than current Star Conflict PVP… and that’s saying something!

Why do u guys even bother. U will not convince him that destr are a bad addition to the game. If anything needs a nerf it’s some destroyer modules (that lens bs 1st). If u look at inty’s they are just fine, maybe they strafe, fly & rotate to fast without AB (some builds are crazy-and implants work against tackler modules) but still they don’t need any nerfing done. But back to the topic, for me destroyers are a bad choice 4 the game, and a dest in solid games dominates the map coz random teams have to many players doing their own xxxx without even a t from teamplay.
