I have had this for a while now but I didn’t post it because I though it was a paint job similar to logos and such. However, I think this may be a bug after all.
So, what I found is white stripes that can not be painted and that change their lengths at some places if I look at it from different angles.
This anomaly occurs with default paint as well.
Any graphics settings produces this bug.

It took me a while to see what you were talking about in the screen shots, and honestly I would never have noticed it myself in game.

Yes, it looks great. Especially since the skin had been reworked to more fedish style. And this paint looked so nice on the Sirius that I couldn’t resist and bought my first ever body paint.

Oh, no. Skula is right. I checked it in OS too and there is no paint on top of that section but it runs underneath. The changing thing may be reflection or shadow.
At some part that paint still looks poorly designed though.
And to be honest, I would not mind if it was removed entirely.
