SHROUD generator module with Halo Launcher combination causes Criminal status and removal of Station Protection

Bug report: Open Space - Criminal status issue with SHROUD generator module of R6 and R17 when using the Halo Launcher

What happened?

If using a Destroyer that’s equipped with Halo Launcher (EM-based weapon), and if you hit any area-effect dealing module like SHROUD, you can trigger the Criminal status on your own ship.

You can also fire on any station Protected ship (blue targets) and you can also take or receive damage with your ship or Destroyer.

What should have happened?

Station Protected targets should not become vulnerable to you and you to them if you fire a shot with Halo Launcher at the deployed module location (SHROUD’s cloud).

Every weapon/module with such an AOE DMG can trigger criminal status. It is the same with e.g. Halo and Rad Atomizer.

Yes, RAD Atomizer active module, Reactor Overload active module, G’Thar’Du weapon, etc. (you need to check all modules that create an active area of effect/cloud/mist)

This probably also includes Tai’Kin’s active modules that create cloud/mist effects.

Common thing is that you need to shoot at the cloud to trigger it with Halo Launcher.

Please, investigate and fix accordingly.
