I seem to have a permanent speed debuff on my account. I’ve compared unequipped ships with friends and theirs are faster than mine with exactly the same equipment/synergy/implants/boosts. I’ve included a gallery below. (Notice the listed afterburner speed & the actual afterburner speed in game)
There is no comparison, there are only screenshots of your own ships. Also unlike what you stated they have a loadout.
The ingame screenshots are taken at about half afterburner speed as is clearly visible. Uncheck afterburner re-activation in the game options, it can cause that.

Loadout has a MAJOR effect on speed, depending on the build
Also boosters, most of the ppl don’t even know they exist.

They probably forgot then. You have to buy a booster for the introductory missions and the speed buff is the first listed, hard to miss.

This is a bug then, or? I mean if that option behaves this way? Is that intended? Hell, I am glad I did not turn that on.

I think what he meant is “also exactly”, which makes it irrelevant, since he rules out equipment, synergy, implants and boosts, and even compared unequipped ships and other players with the same setups. The comparison is between the listed speed and the ingame speed, there is no need for screenshot of players who do not have this problem, since they obviously do not have this problem.
