I have found the ships to be sluggish and slow as if it was a overload on pc. however running gtx970 4gb , 8gb 2400mhz and a i5-4690K @ 4.ghz.
so why does all the ships geven and some dlcs still seem to be very slow and not respond as i expected.
Press F11 in battle and check your ping.
If frame rate is high and your ping is getting past 200 then ships will wobble depending on rotation speed.

You can also check your frames per second using the F11 key. Report back here the numbers XD
And there is still problem with one of European servers. I have 120 FPS all the time, ping to it 20-25ms, from pressing the button to actual fire action it takes between half a second up to 2 seconds on some weekends. Same with changing direction. From moving the mouse about to ship starting turn there is visible delay.
The absolute record was 6 seconds.
