Ship is stuck doing a mission that no longer exists.

I’ve started a mission couple of days ago with the single Raptor Mk II ship. After the 1.2.1 update from steam, the mission has disappeared but the ship got stuck. If I click on “Go to mission” it takes me to an unknown mission and requires me to assign two rank 2 ships. I try to do that but it get a message saying “Unable to start mission. Error: no mission.”

im in the same siytuation, any ETA on a fix?, my patriarch is stuck on it and i cant play the game without my best ship.
