We have been approached by several corps. We’re going to discuss it tomorrow and decide where to go. Will PM the appropriate person.
Thanks for looking out.
Can someone explain me what point of spying in SC right now? Or it is deep coverage until future changes? Seems too complicated to be truth…

At the moment, stakes are really low and might stay that way indefinitely. I, too, find the concept of espionage in SCon a little ridiculous.
But hey, to each his own?
Uhmari’s Paranoid about spies ever since I joined 2 months ago.
And he has been kicking the only people that Were not spies and leaving the real ones.
Pretty stupid to kick some of your best players, which in return causes others to leave. I was kicked SOLELY because my voice sounded like someone else’s in other corporation. Yet I stayed 2 months with EVO. What xxxx spy would waste 2 months giving them so much to their pvp score? I’ll leave that up to you to judge.
You guys have no idea what its like to be in EVO. It really is like a dictatorship. Doesn’t help that Uhmari knows patch changes way in advance because he has ties with the devs and gives them tips that are actually taken serious. Like the new patch coming up in a few weeks where you can only queue for a certain sector 3ish times a day per person so no more t2 spamming to conquer sectors etc. Pretty biased.
To give some background to Uhmari, he comes from years of playing EVE, where spies could ruin corporations or whatever. I guess he brought that paranoia with him.
If you are unhappy with patch - blame Uhmari! He is guilty!
I don’t mind the patch. The point was that Uhmari knows weeks in advance what will happen and when, and has the devs on skype list.

I agree

Zerk, I want promotion to Lead Dev, You as a GM must Grant me this!
I’m not even gonna argue with you anymore, You’re too out there to even communicate with. But I have to say that you knowing what they’re going to be doing in a month, especially when they use alot of YOUR ideas. so you can prepare EVO for it is BIASED.
Either way. This is done. We’ll be enjoying another corp and look forward to fighting you in battle.
**edit
I have spies in my corp! Must kick random players that aren’t even spies!
But lets use my brother Intricate to spy. Who once I spilled the beans, decided to kick everyone out of DYN2 and then himself. Nice job, Evo Style.

I’m not a GM. Just a moderator of Russian forums.
I would strongly caution any major corporation against picking up these drifters. In fact, I would strongly suggest that any ex-EVO players be considered potential threats to corporation security.
You will not find welcome from [DYN] or [DYN2]. Don’t bother asking again.
As far as I am concerned, if you fly for EVO, you’re on the blacklist. You can personally thank Intricate for that.
As far as Ex-Evo members, no thanks. Intricate already crashed that party. Also, I laugh at EVO and your pathetic attempts to “spy” or “sabotage” other corps. That right there shows that you all can only fight dirty to win. No respect deserved, and if Uhmari really gave the devs the idea to prevent “T2 Spamming” (As if I have to specify what hes getting at) then please, take it a step further Devs, just separate it into separate tiers so nobody will be butthurt anymore. Getting really tired of all the whining about people/corps playing T2, as it is part of the game, and is working as intended, which doesn’t require the catering of a select few with thier own personal opinions. To be completely honest, changing it to three times is very limiting, and in my opinion harms your origional goals of “Sector Conquest”. If you aren’t out there fighting for a few hours to take sectors, then what is the point of it? Just scrap it and go back to arcade only. Constantly fighting over territories is where I found my interest, so please, restrict the fun even more over a few complaints. Sounds like the correct business move.

Couldn’t agree more. As far as we know, this is exactly what Uhmari wants. A ploy or trojan horse to get more of his “non-spies” into your corporation. I also had presumed he had an inside track a long time ago about future updates as based on his “IIN” reports. I find it relatively unfair that he posts cryptic messages in an attempt to hide the basic, fundamental changes that will be implemented. While he does this, he implores his corporation to make changes that will be advantageous, while fully knowing that most corporations who have not paid “special attention” to his vague, cryptic cliff notes will be at a disadvantage. Great way to be an independant intergalactic news" reporter.
Umhari, EVO, either way, all you do is dig yourself a deeper hole.
Nice to know Intricate is Uhmari’s brother too. Nice touch.
While the concerns mentioned above are entirely justified, putting a blanket term over all EVO players is perhaps a bit harsh. If SCon was a game where insider secrets have the potential to ruin corporations, I would react similarly. However, this game does not benefit from spying nearly to the extent that it does in games like EVE.
Because of this, I weigh giving the benefit of doubt to others as less damaging than barring good players entirely.
Should our good will be abused, we will take action. Until then, I would like to get to know these people.

Doomsday prophet? <_<

You sound like a good guy and I would be happy to “spy” on you.
Besides anybody with half a brain can figure out some people just aren’t spies. Like someone who uses the same name in almost every game and has play times only a gamer could have, in most games, doesn’t suddenly use his main name to spy on a Star Conflict corp 10 hours per day while helping them win territories. :014j:

You do as you like, but consider yourself warned.
Considering that a single officer was able to fire the entire member roster of 60+ players from DYN2, I’d say our dislike for EVO pilots is justified.
The message is simple: You want to be hired by other corporations in the future? Don’t fly EVO. You fly EVO even once, you’re done.
If you don’t want EVO to become a dead-end career choice, then Uhmari needs to publicly condemn the actions of the pilot(s) responsible for the damage caused to DYN2 and remove them from his corporation; otherwise we have no reason to believe he did not support and even help plan the execution of these actions.
