When I logged on today, to my pleasant surprise, I got a “service reward” notification in my mail. clicked it, and it gave me a reward of 200k free synergy. The description said something like “this is a reward for your longtime service to the game”. I wish I grabbed a screenshot but I didn’t think of it at the time and I have no way to get the notification back.
Has anyone else gotten this reward? does anyone know what exactly are the requirements?
some things I’ve been doing that might have gotten me qualified:
I’ve been posting a bit on the Star Citizen forums to try and get people to come over.
I’ve logged on to the game every day without missing a day for at least ~1-2 months
I occasionally help out new players.
I’m not asking for praise and whatnot, I just want to figure out what are the parameters for receiving such a reward.
Is it triggered automatically after logging on for a lot of days in a row? Or is it something that the developers give out?
Or is it something that was given to all players as part of the weekend event?
If anyone knows anything about this, let me know.
And I gotta thank the developers for this. Really great that they go out of their way to reward some of the most dedicated players. never gotten anything like this from any other online game.
I did and lots of ppl too, some ppl said they didn’t. Idk how it works and why they did it but its highly appreciated.
I got it today. I’d half guess it’s forum, i.e. community involvement. Maybe the devs looked at who was interested in actively making the game better and rewarded them. I know lately I’ve played a lot fewer games per week lately, but I like the game enough to stay interested and involved to make it better.

I got it. Saw new players here for a month say in chat that they got it and ask what it was about so not sure what the long time service statement was about. But I just checked an alt account that I sometimes use for testing some mechanics in a custom battle and I didn’t get anything there. So I’m not sure if there are some specific requirements, whether it’s just fully random or whether everybody gets it but sending it out takes a lot of time for some reason.
Anyway thx, along with the 100k I got from the Ancient Nomads contest they’ve been put to good use, decided to finally finish unlocking R15!

My account is from 2012 and I haven’t seen it before so I assume it is something new.
Just had a GM tell me that it was for those who have played more than 12 months but based on comments above that appears to be a fib.

I will check my original account. It is the one that has been active for more than a year, but 200k synergy on that one is useless to me
Hello, actually the reward works like this: log in for 1 month every day and you will get the synergy (like the daily rewards but monthly).

As I said, the only thing you need to get that 200k synergy is to log in for 30 days in a row.

Well the question is if that bonus is given only this weekend or is also for other guys the rest of the year when they reach 30days.
I had an interruption of several days. So won’t get it if it is only this weekend…
