unless the ping is >250 i’m fine. i can play on a russian server. I just can’t stand it when my ship wobbles and i see ping shoot up to over 9000.

Maybe like put it in the missile slot and call it “Lag Spikes”. If you pass through it your ping shoots up and you wobble. Best ECM module ever.
