Serious imbalance between weapon and hull/shield strength

The problem in two cases:

  1. The clear imbalance between sniper railguns and anything else

  2. The inequality between weapons of different Tier ships: it took 3-4 seconds for a T4 ship to destroy my T3 ship! The same thing happens between T1 and T2 ships.

Here is the real issue: if a opponent can shoot me down in 3 seconds, and I need at least 3-5 minutes to get into the round, it is clealy a sign of bad planning. The best it can happen is that I am going to try a few times and finally stop playing the game altogether.

The whole module list needs to be reworked, Starting primarily with Armor/shield.
