Seems I didn't get my Gold VIP from Galaxy Explorer

Ok, I bought the Galaxy Explorer last night, and every other bonus I got except the GOLD VIP:

«Gold VIP». Permanent 10% bonus to loyalty gain and a 10% bonus to ships synergy gain — speed up the development of your ships!

I didn’t see my increase on contract system…

So I bought the Solder of Fortune DLC today, for the:

Well… My contract now give me 10% bonus… that’s correct… but where is my Gold VIP??? PLZ check it out… Thank you…

… I just got it after I tried logout and login for few times… You guys should change this verify mechnism…
