I hope this is the right place to post this, if not mods plz feel free to move accordingly.
The game is really fantastic using the DK2 but one problem is making it a little more difficult to play the more i rank up.
I now arrived in T4 and begin using the big frigates as well as the T5 mammoth for farming but the bigger the ships get the more difficult to play it becomes as i can’t scroll out of the ‘first person view’ making me stuck in the close view as opposed to the normal game mode where i can freely scroll in and out with my mouse wheel.
I can bind a button to have a free look around but can’t control the ship with my mouse while doing so and the big ships take more then 1/3 of my screen which you can imagine makes it really a pain to track any type of enemy.
On the other hand while observing other players it works like a charm.
So the question is if the possibility to scroll in and out in oculus mode was not embeded on purpose or is there hope it will come in a future patch and was just forgotten?
